License Plate Recognition:
Our system will automatically recognize the license plate of the vehicle associated with the reservation, both when entering and exiting the parking lot.
The opening of the barrier will be conditional on the successful recognition of the license plate registered in the reservation.
Space Assignment:
Fixed places are not assigned. Users will be able to park in the spaces available upon arrival.
The availability of places is subject to the flow of vehicles and the time of arrival of users.
Reservation Time:
The reservation time is specified when making the reservation and is binding on the user.
Returns are not accepted 24 hours before the reservation deadline.
Cancellations and Modifications:
Reservation cancellations and modifications must be made via emailfreserpark@gmail.com
The user must attach proof of the vehicle registration when requesting cancellation. (Refunds or modifications are not allowed 24 hours before your reservation)
Cancellation policies are subject to the conditions established at the time of booking.
Reservations are only accepted for vehicles considered passenger cars. The parking lot may deny entry to vans and motorhomes and will not refund the reservation amount.
User Responsibilities:
The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making the reservation.
The user is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or other vehicles during their stay in the parking lot.
Limitations of Liability:
The company is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of objects inside parked vehicles.
The company is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to force majeure or events beyond its control.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
